Error 720 on Persistent VPN

I was receiving an error 720 when trying to setup a persistent VPN through routing and remote access. Upon further investigation I discovered that I had not setup the protocols in RRAS correctly. I had left IPv6 Routing enabled. To disable do the following. Open Routing and remote access on the server. Right click on the server name select properties navigate to IPv6 and untick all boxes. Click apply then ok.
